The beginning of Management and Leadership in School Course

On 12 Jan 2015, I have returned to NIE to become a "student" again. I believe that for the next few months, I will be having great time learning about leadership and become a more effective leader who can serve my school better. I have deliberately setup this blog to record my learning journey in the MLS. I will make an effort to post my reflection for all lectures and readings.
